中秋節 Moon Festival

中秋節那個禮拜 我說了四次中秋節的故事 也突然很想吃台灣的蛋黃酥.......

因為每個班年齡與程度不同而做了版本的改變 I motified the story to every class due to different ages and students' language proficiency.
這是給星期日四年級的 This is for the fourth graders on Sunday class.

我很替他們閱讀能力的進步感到驕傲 I am very proud of their improvement in reading.

這個故事除了加強中國文化知識 這個學習目標也大約進行了三個禮拜
第一次用故事書導讀 第二次我用幻燈片方式每人輪流讀一句 第三次回家練習後朗讀給大家聽 Besides to enhance Chinese cultural knowledge, it had completed the goal of learning for about three weeks. The first time I used a storybook to guide read. For the second time, I used slides and let everyone try to read each sentence. The last time, students had to practice the whole reading passsage at home and then read aloud for the class.

1.從前, 有十個太陽兄弟。(哥哥和弟弟)
2.有一天,十個太陽一起跑到天上去玩,
3.一下子, 大家都熱得受不了 ! (can’t stand it)
4.所以, 皇帝(emperor) 叫神射手(Archer), 后羿去把太陽射下來, (打下來)
5. 一個,兩個, 三個, 四個……他把九個太陽都射下來了!
6. 最後他留下一個太陽 (keep) 。
7. 皇帝和人們都很高興!
8. 但是, 皇帝怕太陽兄弟又跑回來,
9. 所以, 他給了后羿一個禮物,長生不老的藥。 (1. live forever 2. a pill)
10. 后羿有一個很美麗的老婆。(wife) 她的名字叫嫦娥。
11. 嫦娥聽見后羿和皇帝的對話, 她想永遠都這麼美麗,(always)
12. 於是, 她偷走了長生不老藥,
13.一口氣,她把藥都吞了!　(=吃了)
14. 她的身體變得很輕,很輕… (1.turn into 2. light)　 就像氣球一樣輕!
15.她開始一直往上飛,(keep going) 一直飛到月亮上,
16. 永遠都不能再回來了。
17. 人們說：在中秋節晚上, 你會看到嫦娥在月亮上跟你微笑。 :)
